We are a medium not for profit ACNC registered charity operating in Sutherland Shire. We have a generalist neighbourhood centre at Sutherland and a womens specific centre at Gymea. We run 2 x free community meal programs weekly, four free monthly support groups - Dementia Carers support group, Challenges of Parenting Adult Children (COPAC) who have mental illhealth and/or drug and alcohol addiction, Grandparents Group for grandparents raising their grandchildren, Single Mums Connect, Seond Time Around ums group. We also have food relief through our free community pantry, Early Support weekly home visiting for families with new born babies and toddlers who are in need of extra weekly support for up to one year due to postnatal depression, isolation, disability or multiple birth. In-home counselling for parent with children 0-5 years. We run a POPPY playgroup for mums with mental illhealth issues, we have a domestic and family violence service which includes triage, case management, emergency assistance, free counselling appointments and free legal advice. as well as 35 different social interest groups which we run on a weekly basis.
