Our Vision is "Friends of Amamoor brings people together to build a connected, welcoming
community. We’re all about supporting each other, creating a space where
everyone feels valued, and raising funds for community improvements. Together, we
strengthen community spirit and build a strong, thriving future for Amamoor."
We host various events for our community members such as 'Tucker and Tunes' in the hall, which is an evening for people to listen to music and enjoy a meal. We have seniors gatherings such as Valley Tunes, Christmas in July, Amamoor Bush Dance as well as host a monthly 'Cheers and Beers' on our Village Green. Our Hall and Village Green are the beating heart of our community and we want all our community members to be able to access our events at all times throughout the year.
Our hall is also also utilised by local community groups such as BushKids, Koala Action, KKPAC (local Indigenous group) as well as varied health and wellbeing initiatives such as yoga, and line dancing.
