Streetlight Community

Streetlight is a youth outreach aimed at building relationships, developing trust and discovering potential within the lives of at-risk young people in the North and South of Adelaide. Volunteers journey with young people helping them to draw out their potential. Young people are supported to access safe housing, food and more. Streetlight relationally refers young people to support services and designs partner programs bridging gaps between young people and support that they may otherwise struggle to access. Local council and business owners have made statements about the reduction of youth violence and theft as a result of Streetlight's involvement in local skateparks and shopping centres in the North and South of Adelaide.
