Our community group supports people across South Australia by helping them access Justice of the Peace services for important personal, legal, and official documents. We assist community members by witnessing documents, certifying true copies of originals, and providing trusted support when formal documentation is required.
Our services include witnessing Advance Care Directives, Powers of Attorney, Statutory Declarations, Affidavits, Lands Title documents, and many other documents that require a Justice of the Peace. We also provide professional development and training sessions for our Justices of the Peace to ensure they remain up to date with current legislation, regulations, and best practice, so the community continues to receive reliable and informed assistance
